As I pour my excitement into this blog, I realize that I am able to obtain the most impecible abilities to create, discover, venture, and live. I want nothing more than to be able to express my true self. And coming to a new blog, you probably don't know about me. Fortunately, that's what I am here for! :)
My name is Kelley! I am a Latter-Day Saint of the Church of Jesus Christ. But over-all, I'm just a regular high school girl, trying to overcome grades, homework, and everyday nonsense in this irregular world. I wouldn't consider myself popular, or outgoing, but that doesn't mean I don't love who I am. I would actually consider myself a very happy person! I usually find myself day dreaming about the future, and worrying about the past, which makes no sense to me. I've always wanted a way to set myself free, other than a personal journal. I've always wanted to share my achievements with the world, and let them know how much potential I have. I want to show the world what I am capable of, and that I can't be torn down, Just Like You can't be torn down. I also want to help you all realize your divine worth, your true amazingness. I want you to see your own worth and the importance you have in this blessed life. I want to be able to show YOU how much you are worth in my eyes, and more importantly, in God's eyes.
The Mormon in Me(:
I love many things in this world. Things I constantly want to grab onto, get my hands on. Usually it's chocolate :) But the biggest thing I have (and want more of) is an understanding of the gospel. It has brought me through many trials and tribulations. I love being able to pray in times of need! I love thanking my Heavenly Father for the many blessings in my life. I love turning the pages of The Book of Mormon, finding multiple comforting scriptures. And the one I love the most in any circumstance is John 14:18 which says, "I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you."
Remember this. Find out what this verse means to you. Ponder about it. Know that He is always there for you! Know that I am here for you.
